Membership

Our group started in 1985 from very small beginnings. New members are always welcome.

Our Annual General Meeting is held on the last Tuesday of September. Membership fees are due at the beginning of August each year.  Membership fee is set at $25.00 for the year 2018

Resource and Community Room

All meetings are held in the Darfield Community Room which is situated within the Darfield Library building, 1 South Terrace, Darfield.

The Groups’ Resources are housed in this room and are available for use by members and non-members. These resources consist of books, CDs, microfiche and local history information and databases. [see RESOURCES]

The room is open each Wednesday and Saturday from 10am to 12pm.   The room is closed for Public Holidays.

When open the room is manned by a member of the Group who is willing and able to help with any queries. Visitors are very welcome.
